Our client operates a chain of café/deli’s using fresh, organic and local produce. Originally starting life as a grocery store, this company has put a new spin on the casual dining concept. This chain has now developed into a café during the day and a candlelit restaurant in the evening, serving great quality, fresh products. Still offering the original store concept it started life as, this operation has it all. The role
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate people who will embrace this great brand. You must have a big personality and a great relationship with customers. We are looking for a Head Chef and Sous Chef who can lead the kitchen while communicating effectively with area management. Candidates must have a passion for great food and fresh ingredients and must have experience dealing with high volumes. This role is hard work and hands on but you will be rewarded with a great salary, possible bonus and an annual all expenses paid holiday.
