Head Chef required to work within a newly refurbished club hotel in the French Alps. Taking charge of a large brigade of chefs you will be responsible for daily breakfast, lunches and evening meals for up to 300 guests. Working to set KPI's and a budget are paramount in this busy but rewarding role.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
