The Company
Our client operates the site management of a MOD Barracks located in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside near Bath. This is a Military establishment so they vary from basic standard hotplate service to fine dinning in the officer’s mess, especially on Function nights, always serving freshly prepared produce.
The role
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all food production. With set shift patterns, resulting in 40 hours a week, this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced chef who hopes to maintain a good quality of life. Shifts are usually straight shifts, Monday – Friday. An enthusiasm for fresh seasonal ingredients is essential. The ideal candidate would also have a good knowledge of achieving GP and would be used to working within tight budgets.

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Previous experience at Head Chef level.
· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
