The Company
Our client is opening a new purpose built quality fine dining Italian restaurant in heart of the cosmopolitan district of Jeddah and will soon ready to open to the public.
The role
As Head Waiter you be expected to run the day-to-day operation of their Restaurant. Key parts of this role will be over seeing consistency of the services and the following the high standards set out in all areas by the Restaurant Manager. Supervising restaurant staffs appearance, hygiene, discipline and rotas, selection and hiring of staff.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience as Restaurant Captain/Head Waiter with a minimum of 5star restaurant experience.
Have an fluent command of the English Language.
Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills within a international kitchen team.
A passion for and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
