The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard. This role will suit a Demi Chef looking for their first CDP role or an existing Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location. Successful applicants should have a knowledge of rosette kitchens and experience working large functions.

· Experience in 1/2 Rosette awarded fine dinning professional kitchens is desirable.
