Circa $55,000 (£35,000) plus expat package accommodation & staff, flights, transport etc (working on rotation)

Our client provides catering & facility services to Gas & Oil, construction and manufacturing companies, hospitals & schools. They are continuing to expand and are developing and improving their services, their sales are up year on year, and in these turbulent economic times their performance in their sector is unrivalled.
The role
We are looking to recruit a Head Chef with experience within High volume Contract Catering units (international experience is a must, this is not a role for first timers abroad). This is a well established and expanding Catering Services Company based in Nigeria who requires a Head Chef to manage the day-to-day kitchen operation and oversee food production, they have comprehensive SOP’s in place covering all aspects of kitchen management and H&S. The ability to manage an international team is a must as this is a hands on operation. Call for full details.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience gained as a head chef or catering manager within commercial operations.
The ability to control stock, GPs', costs, budgets, and wastage.
Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
