The Company
Our Clients operates 5 star cruises on French canals exploring the countryside and its cuisine.
The role
This is a role for a couple, one chef & one hostess, to help operate a 5 star canal cruises in the heart of France, The Chef will be able to cook to a high standard and have a sound knowledge of classic French cuisine and be able to cater for up to 10 covers, breakfast, lunch & dinner. The hostess will look after the clients needs, serving drinks, meals and cleaning and tidying up the boat while the clients explore the countryside.

·Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
·MUST HAVE experience in fine dinning (chef) and quality service environment (hostess)
·Excellent organisation, and communication skills.
·A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
·Be people focused and enjoy interaction with the clients.
