The Company
Our client operates a fantastic, charity run initiative in North London, promoting fresh food and healthy eating to the local community. This Café is a small operation with a passion for using fresh produce to create a strong fresh food offering to around 100 local guests per day.
The role
We are looking to recruit a Catering Manager to take control of the kitchen operation in this friendly, small team. Working in a brigade of 3, the successful candidate will be responsible for looking after the Catering offering including daily menu planning. The perfect candidate will be front facing and happy to meet and converse with clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to train along with having a strong knowledge of fresh produce and healthy eating.
