The Company
Our client operates a beautiful country house hotel set in a small village in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside. The hotel offers 28 modern, stylish rooms, a fully equipped spa and a stunning restaurant. With the recent appointment of a multiple rosetted Head Chef, this restaurant is producing food at a 1-2 rosette level. The restaurant offers fresh, seasonal food cooked to the highest level, using local ingredients where possible.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie and Demi Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a rosette standard. This role will suit an existing Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location and a Demi Chef looking to progress their career. Successful applicants should have knowledge of high level, fresh produce kitchens and experience working large functions.

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Experience in 1/2 Rosette awarded fine dinning professional kitchens is desirable.
· Excellent organisation and communication skills.
