The Company
Our client operates a contemporary Georgian property with modern facilities along with a welcoming feel, set in Oxfordshire. This 64-bed property is very popular with local businesses and operates a very good trade with their conference, banqueting and restaurant offerings.
The role
We are looking to recruit a Commis Chef and Demi Chef de Partie to join this small kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a high standard using locally sourced ingredients. This role will suit a strong Commis Chef looking for their first Demi Chef de Partie role. Successful applicants should have knowledge of fast moving kitchens and experience with in a professional establishment.
