This hotel is part of a large multinational group, offering 3 star accommodation, catering for meetings & functions, weddings and banquets and many other events.
You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the hotel in the absence of the GM / Assistant GM while also running your own department where necessary.
This can be a very hands-on role on occasion and requires strong interpersonal skills, man management and the ability to think on your feet.
