Food & Beverage Manager Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, driven and enthusiastic, hard working Food and Beverage Supervisor for a stunning 4 star 2 rosette Hotel in a wonderful location in Leicestershire.
You will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in all aspects of running the team in the Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and Private dining areas and in training of departmental staff whilst trying to increase sales in your departments.
You must have relevant experience and ideally have a background of working in a similar hotel.
Live in accommodation is available if needed!!!
