Head Chef Job Description
Award winning, large city centre hotel seeks quality Head Chef to lead the brigade in all departments (including room service, banqueting, a la carte restuarant, breakfast, buffets, conferences etc).
You will be a dynamic multi-tasker with a proven track record in large city hotels, able to lead a team with a friendly approach and be hands on. Experience in budgeting, stock control, ordering and liasing with suppliers essential.
