Head Chef Job Description
This beautiful Warwickshire Golf Club boasts 18-holes and a fantastic clubhouse, catering for various parties, conferences, exhibitions and banquets/weddings as well as operating on a daily basis with their bar menu and evening meals.
Head Chef required, preferably with a background in hotel banqueting up to 150 guests, to lead the team from the front. You will hold 706/1 & 2 (or equivalent) qualifications in Catering and Hospitality, an up to date food hygiene certificate and prepared to work 50 hours per week in peak season (naturally, a lot less in winter)!
A fantastic salary package is on offer plus benefits and the advantage of working straight shifts with a very team oriented brigade.
