Housekeeper Job Description
We are seeking an experienced housekeeper who also has admin experience to work in this small but busy conference facility and guesthouse in Rugby. Catering for up to 40 delegates and 12 en-suite rooms, you will have an excellent work record and a good knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations. Reporting to the Manager and responsible for making sure that all rooms are serviced and stocked to company requirements, dealing with suppliers, meeting and greeting guests, helping in dining room, set up of functions, dealing with enquiries and bookings and any other duties as required. This is a very hands-on role and good communication skills along with excellent customer focus are essential.
