The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this fast growing family in the capital and Surrey. The ideal Sous Chef will have the drive to succeed along with the ability to control a fast paced environment in the absence of the Head Chef. The successful candidate will have the ability to nurture, train and progress junior members of the team along with the ensuring the quality of product served.
