The Company
Our client operates a luxury hotel set on the beautiful Suffolk coast. The hotel boasts a wonderful two-rosette restaurant currently pursuing three rosettes. Offering heated outside eating areas with unparalleled views of the coast, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty this hotel provides the perfect summer getaway location.
The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Demi Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard, assisting the Chef de Partie on veg, larder and garnish sections. As the restaurant is currently pursuing a third rosette you will be an integral part of raising the standards. This role will suit a Commis Chef looking for their first Demi role or an existing Demi Chef looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location.
