The Company
Our client operates a luxury hotel set in the beautiful, historic city of Bath. The hotel boasts a wonderful two-rosette restaurant and is currently pursuing a third. Offering superb service, an extensive wine list and award winning cuisine the restaurant has earned a deserved reputation for one of the finest places to dine out in the South West.
The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Demi Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard and assisting the Chef de Partie on veg, larder and garnish sections. As the restaurant is currently pursuing a third rosette you will be an integral part of raising the standards. This role will suit a Commis Chef looking for their first Demi role or an existing Demi Chef looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location.
