The Company
Our client operates a modern, contemporary restaurant in Epsom town centre. This 40-cover restaurant can get very busy during lunch service consistently serving 100 diners, optimising additional seating outside. Using only high quality, fresh produce and offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and a la carte dining this restaurant can cater for any occasion.
The role
We are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to join their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a top level standard. As Commis Chef you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen team with food prep and service. Successful applicants should be keen to learn how a fresh produce, professional kitchen operates, and should be willing to develop their skills. This role would suit a chef fresh out of college looking for their first full time role.
