Specialist Catering & Hospitality employment agency / business with branches throughout the UK and a growing Client base from country house hotels and award winning gastro pubs to industrial / contract catering and care homes.
The Role
As Relief Chefs, we expect you to treat our Clients like your own employers and offer a service that is second to none. You will be required to undertake various assignments at all levels of responsibility (according to your experience) and adapt to new environments.
Relief chef work makes a refreshing change from everyday life and offers a variety you cannot experience in full time employment.
We are currently seeking Head Chefs, Cooks and Chef de Parties to work within the Surrey area. Mostly you will be working within schools, colleges and nursing homes and therefore hours will be day times. Employment is subject to CRB clearance. Own transport preferred but not essential.

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinking - top Head Chefs are visionaries who rely on innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies and menu ideas.
Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy for the kitchen.
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
