Food & Beverage Manager Job Description
We are seeking a Food Service Manager to join the team in a large and very busy conference centre in the heart of leafy Buckinghamshire.
You will be responsible for looking after the restaurant, banqueting and bar functions, ensuring they are delivering first class service. You will also be an integral part of the management team and will be expected to input on ways to improve and drive the business forward. As a venue, the establishment is closed over Christmas and New Year and often on weekends, making this a great place for someone with a family. Ideally you will already be working for a good hotel or conference facility and are looking for a move to a better establishment, or for a promotion that you think you are ready for.
