Head Chef Job Description

Head Chef required for a fantastic Country House Hotel in Cornwall. The successful Head Chef candidate will be expected oversee the day to day operation in the kitchen, plan & cost menus around seasonal produce, stock control & ordering, maintain high standards of hygiene and COSHH. The Hotel has 2 AA Rosettes so applicants must be able to maintain the high standards of food.
