Head Chef Job Description
An enthusiastic chef is required to help propel forward a busy country pub venue with a great reputation for food.
An understanding of local and fresh produce is paramount as is experience in cooking quality, contemporary British meals. Being able to manage a team, understanding GP's, having experience of ordering and be happy to work splits are of huge importance.
This role is ideal for a budding, up-coming chef looking to stamp their mark. Previous experience as a head chef preferred, however experience as a sous chef at a high calibre location would be welcomed.
