The Company
Our client operates a picturesque private golf club set within 300 acres of Hertfordshire green. From the moment you walk in, you will appreciate the care and attention, which has enriched this Grade 1 Palladian Mansion. The Mansion itself offers superb conference and banqueting facilities and a private restaurant for members. This is a very sought after venue for weddings and private events. Our client has 2 championship golf courses along with ample tennis facilities. There are also many ideas for expansion within this breathtaking venue.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Pastry Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a high standard and the candidate should have at least 2 years of pastry experience behind them. This role will suit a strong Pastry Chef de Partie looking for their first Pastry Chef role or an existing Pastry Chef looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location. Successful applicants would ideally have knowledge of rosette kitchens but not a necessity and experience working multiple large and small functions a must.
