The Company

The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join this award-winning brigade in this fantastic operation. The ideal candidate will have similar experience working as a Sous Chef and have the people skills required to lead a successful team. The right candidate needs to have a 2-rosette background along with the drive to succeed. This role would suit a strong and accomplished Junior Sous Chef looking for their first Sous Chef role or an established Sous Chef looking for their next challenge.
