Our client operates a luxury family country house hotel set in the heart of the Cornwall countryside. Located on the South Cornish coast overlooking a local fishing port this hotel is in the ideal location for a perfect getaway. With the hotel also boasting a two rosette restaurant and full spa facilities there is nothing more you could ask for.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef for their kitchen brigade. Shifts will consist of thirty hours a week, Monday to Friday. The role will include producing high quality, fresh breakfasts cooked to order. This role will suit a Breakfast Chef looking to gain experience working in a fine dining kitchen, looking for a new challenge in this beautiful location.

· Excellent organisation, and communication skills.
· A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
