The role
We are looking to recruit a Chef de Partie with proven experience in fine dining establishments at a high Rosette/ Michelin standard to join this Michelin trained brigade. A keen desire to learn and progress is a must for any successful candidate. The vision, creation and presentation to carry this standard are skills required by our client. This role will involve assisting in all sections inside a brigade of 15 chefs. This role would allow the successful candidate to progress within their chosen field and have the chance to learn and develop in a real top kitchen.

· Applicants must have experience in Michelin and high-end Rosette awarded fine dinning professional kitchens.
