We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Chef De Partie to join the already established team in this fabulous Hotel on the Dorset coast. The ideal Chef De Partie must have previous experience in a similar establishment and have a real passion for food. With 2 AA rosettes our restaurant has an enviable reputation for fine dining using some of the best produce around.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie to work and learn from our talented Head Chef. A generous salary, meals on duty, laundered chef whites and a share of the tips is on offer.
