The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. This role will suit a Chef looking for the chance to work alongside a excellent Chef proprietor cooking fresh food to the highest standard in this stunning property. The proprietor is a experienced classically trained award winning chef and they serve modern classics on the seasonal menus, if you cannot fillet fish, make fresh stocks & sauces then this is not for you. They do not own a microwave!
