The Company
Stunning country inn, nestled in the heart of the New Forest, privately run yet with the security of a pub group.
The Role
Chef de partie you will play a valuable role within this busy and talented team, supporting the chefs on all sections, preparing and serving quality a la carte dishes and pub favourites using fresh produce.
Chef de partie will oversee the Commis Chef, must have a passion for food and be willing to help drive the team forward.
Own transport preferred due to the remote location of this site.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience working within high volume, fresh food service.
Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
Great team player with the ability to work alone at times.
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
