The Company
Our client operates a modern, contemporary restaurant in Epsom town centre. This 40-cover restaurant can get very busy during lunch service consistently serving 100 diners, optimising additional seating outside. Using only high quality, fresh produce and offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and a la carte dining this restaurant can cater for any occasion.
The role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a top level standard. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for controlling your own section and assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. This role will suit a Demi Chef looking for their first CDP role or an existing Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this busy restaurant.
