The role
As a Sous Chef you are expected to assist in the day-to-day operation of this award winning operation. This role would also suit a very strong Junior Sous looking to take the next step. Working mainly split shifts, key parts of this role will be over seeing 2 AA Rosette consistency of the food. This is an excellent opportunity to develop yourself under this friendly Head Chef and an ever-growing company. The Sous Chef will be responsible for over seeing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef along with staff training and development.

~Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
~ Junior Sous Chef or above experience at 1 or 2 AA Rosette level.
~ Previous experience within a professional operation.
~ Excellent people, organization and communication skills.
~ A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
