The Role
Experienced and enthusiastic Chef De Partie required for busy private country Inn in Cheddar.
As Chef de Partie you must be have some previous history working to gastro style cookery levels as the food is fine dining pub style!
Chef de Partie: A passion for using and sourcing local produce is a key ethos in this business and the successful candidate should bring an innovative and confident style to the Kitchen.
This popular Inn can cater for in excess of 300 covers throughout the day in the busy summer months so a cool head and experience of cooking to this level is desirable for any Chef de Partie candidate.

Chef de Partie: There is great opportunity for progression in this role and the chance to build upon an already growing reputation.

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
Ability to maintain the highest standards at all times and a keen eye for detail.
Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service.
