Our client operates an independently owned, fresh food restaurant. With a dedicated kitchen and front of house team this restaurant is proud to be awarded two rosettes. Set in the heart of the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside this restaurant had a great reputation in both the local and widespread area.
The role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of the front of house department. Working closely with the restaurant manager it is essential you ensure the effective communication between all departments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing top class service at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self within an ever-growing hotel.

· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· A passion for delivering quality service on all fronts.
· Previous experience within a top-end level, high volume establishment.
· Experience working in a rosette establishment is desirable.
· Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
· A fluent grasp of the English language.
