The Company
Our client operates what is widely regarded to be the finest catering company in the Bristol and Bath area. Catering to the clients every need this catering company provides excellent food, drink and service to a wide range of clientele, including corporate events, weddings and dinner parties.
The role
With a very busy kitchen environment candidates must have previous experience in a similar role. As Head Chef you will be responsible for all menus and the smooth running of all aspects of the kitchen. Previous experience working functions with fresh, seasonal produce to a minimum standard of two-rosettes is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self within an ever-growing company. Due to the various locations your own transport is a must.
What We Are Looking For
· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· A passion for delivering top quality fresh seasonal produce.
· Previous experience within a minimum two-rosette awarded kitchen environment.
· Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
· Previous large function experience.
· A fluent grasp of the English language.
