The Company
Our client operates one of the finest Hotels in the UK. Set in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold countryside this country house hotel is the ideal place to relax and indulge. With a restaurant pushing for rosette recognition by the end of the year, this is a hotel designed for the perfect getaway.
The role
As Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the Restaurant and Bars service. Working closely with the general manager it is essential you ensure the effective communication between all departments. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing top class service at all times. You also must display solid background in quality businesses, have strong financial acumen, lead from the front and be willing to commit to the business. Due to the rural location your own transport is a must.

· A passion for delivering quality service on all fronts.
· Previous experience within a rosette level establishment.
· Excellent people, organisation, and communication skills.
· Experience in a similar role.
· A fluent grasp of the English language.
