The Company
Our client operates a collection of luxury country house style hotels across the South West, incorporating fine dining restaurants and luxurious spas set in stunning locations.
We are now looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Manager for one of their hotels in Wiltshire.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience gained as a Food & Beverage / Restaurant Manager in country house hotels with rosettes.
Excellent customer care, people, and service skills.
Good man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail
A hands-on approach to managing the business and training and developing people.
Passion for the industry.
