The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard. This role will suit a Demi Chef looking for their first CDP role or an existing Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location.
What We Are Looking For
· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Experience in 1/2 Rosette awarded fine dinning professional kitchens is desirable.
· Excellent organisation, and communication skills.
· A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
· Career minded individuals wishing to excel.
