A fantastic opportunity has become available within this stunning 2 Rosette property within the South West of England. The establishment in question has had a £2.3m refurbishment, including the Spa, Bedrooms and a new Restaurant due to be re-launched shortly.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager this will require a hands on role. Your duties will include overseeing the Restaurant Manager and the restaurant team; you will also oversee and develop the conference and banqueting, which includes weddings and private functions. Experience in sales and marketing would be advantageous as devolvement of the food & beverage operation would be a part of your role, as will the development of the team.
