Food & Beverage Manager Job Description
We are seeking a confident and customer focussed Food & Beverage Manager to oversee an on-site cafe, vending operation and various events within this leisure establishment in Bristol.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will have a background in Front of House and Back of House operations, preferably hold a personal licence, play a pro active part in the marketing of events, be hands-on with functions and, on occasion assist with cooking too!
Multi-tasking is the key to this Food & Beverage role and the successful candidate will be a driving force in our Client's 12-month promotional plan.
