3 Star, picturesque conference & banqueting hotel situated on the edge of the Cotswolds yet close enough to the M4 and local cities.
The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all departments within the F&B operation, from liaising with suppliers to sourcing, training and monitoring staff.
This establishment has a number of bars, a couple of restaurants, lounge dining and conference & banqueting. Knowledge of EPOS system preferred but not essential.

Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent communication and people skills.
Keen eye for detail
Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
