Our client operates one of the finest Hotels in the UK. With rooms looking out onto 18th century parkland and lakes this hotel is renowned as a classic luxury hotel. The hotel also boasts three dining rooms, including an exquisite two-rosette award-winning restaurant.
The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Chef de Partie for their Conference and Banqueting kitchen. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard. Shifts will comprise of a mix of straight and split shifts spread across a 45-hour week. Overtime will be paid as acquired. This role will suit a Demi Chef looking for their first CDP role or an existing Chef de Partie looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location.
What We Are Looking For
·Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
·Experience in 1/2 Rosette awarded fine dinning professional kitchens is desirable.
·Previous experience working high volume functions.
·Excellent organisation, and communication skills.
·A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
