The Company
Independently owned country inn incorporating traditional hospitality with contemporary style.
The Role
General Manager required for this privately owned Inn in Cheddar. Previous experience of managing a Gastro style pub is a must, as the focus is very much on local produce and sourcing both Front and Back of house staff.
As General Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of this establishment with a fine and growing reputation for quality fresh food and real ales and ciders.
The General Manager will also be responsible for pushing this business forward to greater heights as well as catering for the huge local trade.
You must be comfortable running very busy shifts as General Manager in a hands on manner, as in the summer months the Inn is a very popular visitors spot. Other experience to include proof of working to and maintaining gross profit margins as well as business growth.
There is a possibility of live-in accommodation.
