The Package
£20,000 per annum + benefits
The Company
Independently owned themed restaurant situated in Swindon.
The Role
As Head Chef you will assist the owner with the running this busy kitchen; from sourcing suppliers and negotiating prices to ensuring all relevant paperwork and health & safety standards are maintained and recorded.
This is a small working team and you must be very hands-on, have experience creating Spanish &/or south American dishes and work well under pressure.
What We Are Looking For
Successful individuals will preferably possess / be able to demonstrate the following:
Excellent communication and people skills.
Creative thinking - top Head Chefs are visionaries who rely on innovative thinking to develop and implement strategies and menu ideas.
Organised and hands-on to ensure optimal service to customers and staff.
Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
