Head Chef Job Description
Head chef required for this popular city centre café/restaurant. This Head Chef role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to take a step up to the next level. The successful candidate will be experienced in 'from fresh' cooking at a high level and have a real passion for quality local ingredients. Experience in event catering is an advantage however not essential and a background in Mediterranean cooking would be beneficial.
Our client is part of a high profile operation and they wish to expand their food offering, consequently this is an opportunity for an Head Chef to make a name for themselves and their cooking on a regional level.
This establishment boasts a very relaxed and fun atmosphere and you may not be expected to work in excess of 45 hours per week!!
