Relief Chefs - Exeter and Bristol based roles
50% assignments are local / 50% of assignments you will be expected to drive 30-90 minutes away - with competitive travelling allowance paid (where applicable)
*** National long-term, live-in, asssignments are also regularly available ***
We are recruiting NOW for 'go-to' chefs, working 5 days out of 7 on a whole variety of assignments that could last anything from 1-day to 1-month, on a long-term basis. There is also a possibility of working towards a contracted Area Relief Chef role once you have proven yourself in the position. Are you the guy or gal for us???
Due to the rural locations of many estabishments and lack of public transport – your own transport is preferred.
Very competitive hourly rates of pay (+ holiday pay + travelling expenses and enhanced rates ofr certain days, where applicable). PAYE or Self Employed staff welcome! Some assignments subject to CRB clearance.
Assignments you could be working on immediately...
Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a food-led pub
Cook in a fresh food café
Chef de Partie for a 5* hotel (rural location)
Sous Chef for a gastro pub
Night chef (Sous) for an industrial catering unit
Sole Cook in a friendly Care Home
Hog Roast chef on a wedding
