Experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef required for this fantastic country Inn situated In the South West of England. Our client has set out to achieve a Bib Gourmand and Michelin Star. The Ideal candidate should come from a minimum of 3 Rosette background with a proven track record of achieving the highest standards.
A basic Salary of £30,000pa. + £100 per week tips + GP Bonus will be offered to the successful candidate with the option of live in available. You will also have a brigade of 5 Chefs to achieve your goals, with uniforms provided.
