The Company
Our client operates a luxury hotel set in the historic city of Bath. As a hotel renowned for its impeccable service and quality it is only fitting that it also boasts a fine dining two-rosette restaurant. Located in arguably the most beautiful city in the country this hotel offers the perfect city break.
The role
We are looking to recruit a rosette experienced Junior Sous Chef for their kitchen brigade. The role will include consistently producing food to a two-rosette standard. You will also be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen. This role will suit a Chef de Partie looking for their first Junior Sous role or an existing Junior Sous looking for a fresh challenge in this beautiful location.
