The Company
Our client operates a fantastic privately owned destination pub just outside Bristol & Bath. They have a excellent reputation for the quality of the their food which uses the best of local produce with home grown vegetable and pork on the menu.
The role
As Head Chef you will be expected to run the day-to-day operation of their kitchen. Working with a small team you will be cooking all fresh brassiere/restaurant style food. Menus are designed to highlight individual chefs talents and are constantly changing and evolving. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team dedicated to what they do.
What We Are Looking For
· Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:
· Previous experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef with the ability to run a kitchen in a friendly yet focused way- no prima donnas please.
· Be able to consistently cook fresh food to a high standard.
· Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
· A passion for quality food and ensuring a consistent guest experience.
