Experienced Head Chef sought for this small private hotel in East Devon ASAP! Your mission is to create a real foodie reputation for this hotel where previous rosette experience is desirable (not essential). On offer is a 40-hr week (to concentrate on dinner service and Sunday lunch only), a competitive salary and the oportunity to make a real name for yourself professionally in an area with very little competition! You are a patient and creative chef, experienced in cooking for small-scale, bespoke establishments, highly autonomous, a good communicator, experienced in dealing with budgets and creating menus, willing to commit for a year or more to a permanent, key, role at this establishment. Own transport is essential (or the ability to reach remote location).
