Head Chef Job Description
This beautiful 8-bedroomed country inn in the heart of Devon seeks a talented Chef to liaise with suppliers, undertake stock control and ordering, menu planning and design for up to 22 guests on a fine dining menu and ensure the smooth day to day running of this kitchen. You will e working mostly alone with assistance when required. You must have previous experience of costings and a generous bonus is on offer for exceeding GP targets. Salary circa £20k but no live-in so you must have own transport or ability to reach remote locations without public transport!
